6. Purchase books, videos and other items from Amazon. In order for your purchase to be credited to the Placentia Library, you must enter Amazon's website here.

7. Authorize Ralphs and/or Albertsons to contribute a percentage of your purchase. There is no cost to you for this service. Simply complete this form and submit it to the Library.
